In my experience of business, the most important factor for success is communication. You need to be in constant contact with coworkers, staff, customers, clients, and business partners. With so many moving parts, the biggest barrier to success is a breakdown in communication. It’s important to have as many options as possible to offer a failsafe should anything go wrong.
