Precautions I can take to ensure there’s no disruption arising from my scaffolding work?

Disruptions occuring during construction can be incredibly frustrating so it’s great that you’re looking to tackle the problem beforehand. To ensure that no disruption arises as a result of your scaffolding project, one thing I would recommend is to make sure that your project is not constituting a hindrance to the neighborhood. 

By this I mean, for example, that you must ensure that no neighborhood building is being obstructed and that the people living around know of your scaffolding project timeline beforehand so they can plan and adjust accordingly.

Secondly, it is always wise to limit the vibrations coming from your tools, equipment and vehicles. And of course, hazardous materials emanating from the site should be kept to the lowest possible minimum.

Safety measures like inspection and maintenance should also be taken and a clear outline of the environment should be established so that accidents and vandalism are avoided.
