It’s a long procedure. You need to apply with the court in your region or visit the eNagar portal to get the certificate online. Once applied, the competent authority will review and publish a notification after marriage to verify if the spouses are happy. Once confirmed by the applicant, the authority will finally approve the certificate and issue it. In all, it may take a month-long time period.
