Here are three gym apps you might want to consider downloading (if you haven’t downloaded them yet).

  1. Daily Workouts Fitness Trainer: Got no time for a 45-minute to an hour-long workout? This app has an assortment of both targeted (5 to 10-minute) and full-body (10 to 30-minute) workouts that are perfect for any schedule! This app even has videos that demonstrate how you can do each exercise.
  2. MyFitnessPal: Of course, you’ll also need an app that will help you keep watch of what you eat and for that, there’s MyFitnessPal. Their extensive database allows you to look search over 11 million foods to know more about their nutritional info, serving size, and calorie count.
  3. FitOn – Free Fitness Workouts & Personalized Plans: Now, working out doesn’t have to be boring. FitOn offers a wide selection of workouts like Pilates, HIIT, yoga, and so much more.

Along with the right apps, you also need a space that allows for free movement as you workout. For that, you can create your fitness space at home or find a gym in West Bridgford like the one at TheBeechesHotel.
