Your best bet is to look for a pair of leather shoes. Leather trainers are always very cool – you can get some awesome brands like the Adidas Samba, for example – and are more durable than canvas shoes. Canvas trainers might be good for summer and spring, but I always revert to using leather shoes due to the unreliable winter weather.
There are many different places to buy the kind of women’s leather trainers I tend to wear. The first place I look is online, though, as you get better deals on shoes online than buying them in-store. You should always have at least one go-to pair of leather trainers to wear with almost any outfit; it’s better to be safe than sorry!
For me, then, I always go for leather during the winter for the best results.
